I was extremely touched by the warm heartedness of the Italians! This restaurant was a recommendation by a local. They gave us free apero and limoncello, made us extremely delicious Risotto & panna cotta, then sudden birthday celebration with full of laughter. The Wonderful chef took us to the kitchen to show what he does, manager lady spoke to us nicely, the waiter danced with me too, the whole restaurant accompanied us. I am beyond touched. It's not just an eating experience, but a great memory.

Brother and sister combo were amazing. I think they own the restaurant. Food was fantastic and presentation matched. Best table bread we’ve had after 15 days of traveling. chef came out to answer questions and said it was his moms recipe. Then he brought us out the dough to show us how he does it and even took my wife his kitchen as he was making sourdough bread. We sat right at 7pm when they opened for dinner.

Even by chance we discovered this place, I must say that we had one of the most beautiful food experience in cinque terre. The food was well done, the service was good and waitresses were so kind with us. Especially I suggest you to try their pasta dishes with fresh sea-food. At the end of the dinner the dessert was served by the famous chef himself on our table :) I will go for a second time here for sure

This was the best meal we had in Italy. The carbonara was done just right. Lots of flavour from the guanciale! The bottarga and tomato pasta was incredible! Best plate we had in Italy! Wow!!!! The service was delightful. The waitress and chef were very friendly. The local red wine was delicious! Highly highly recommend this one!!!

Our Christmas dinner at Causapersa was spectacular. The food was incredible, and the hospitality of Amin (the owner) and Corrado (the chef) made it a truly memorable meal. We will only be in Monterosso a few nights, but will 100% be back at Causapersa for another meal before we leave. Thank you, Amin, for the awesome evening!

Went there for dinner two days ago. The food was amazing. I ordered one salad caprese and one grilled octopus. The food was delicious . The service was good not that quick so you can relax and enjoy your food and not that long so you get bored . The vibes were authentic as you sit in this Italian piazza . All was perfect!

Me and my 4 friends could not be more lucky than to accidentally come over this place. Service was above any and all expectations, very attentive and at the same time very sincere. The courses we ordered as well as the advised wine was of a great quality and price balance. When we are back to Cinque Terre, we are definitely back there.
